Sal G Stassi & Associates takes a personalized approach in developing and presenting Individual and Group Insurance. Our computer software allows us to access all available group products within the state. In reviewing these options we reduce the selection to those programs that fall within the parameters set at the time of our initial conversation/meeting with our client or prospect.  The selection is then condensed to focus on the primary benefits utilized by an individual or employee on a day to day need. The final presentation combines a 2-3 page summary, along with options offering similar plans with modified benefits and rates to provide a total prospective of the current market as it relates to specific needs. 
This detailed information is then reviewed on a one-on-one basis to make sure options are understood.  

One of the options available for  groups allows each employee to choose from over 12 PPO and several HMO plans using a single billing for the Employer.  In addition, we present an option that will allow any portion of the premium being provided by the employee to be used in the form of pretax dollars, thereby not taxable as income. The amount  declared reduces the worker's compensation rates for the Employer.
